Before applying Intermol 729, the mold surface must be thoroughly cleaned to ensure proper adhesion of the product.
The concentrated product must be diluted at a ratio of 1:20 (1 liter of release agent + 19 liters of water).
If the product performs well at this concentration, it can be further diluted to 1:25, 1:30, up to 1:40, which is the maximum dilution without affecting performance.
It is recommended to cure the mold by applying the release agent three times before producing the first part.
Do not overapply. Excess release agent does not improve the release effect; on the contrary, it may deform the part.
Avoid contact with moisture or water during use and storage of the product. This may affect the product’s efficiency, as well as exposure to low temperatures.
