Shake the product before use.
The mold surface must be clean and free of residue. Cleaning can be done with soap and water using a scrub pad or brush.
It is recommended to cure the mold by applying the release agent three times before producing the first part. Preheating the mold is advisable to speed up water evaporation.
Once the mold has been cured, apply a new layer of release agent only when the part shows signs of sticking.
Do not overapply. Excess release agent does not improve release performance and may deform the part.
Avoid puddling during application.
Application must be uniform across the entire mold surface.
