Intermol 505 is a water-based release agent formulated for automotive headliners. It cures and crosslinks over the hot mold surface, forming a highly stable (up to 300°C) and durable film that guarantees multiple molding cycles.

Before applying Intermol 505, the mold surface must be carefully cleaned to ensure the products correct adhesion.
Intermol 505 can be applied: with a preheated mold with a temperature over 70°C or with a mold at a process temperature.
It is recommended to cure the mold by applying release agent 3 time before working with the first piece.
Do not apply in excess. Release agent excess does not improve the releasing effect and can deform the piece.
Do not expose at low temperatures, because the emulsion is broken and it disables the product.
